Can’t sign in?
Sign in with Google, Apple, or a code sent to your email. If the code doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder or ask for a new one.
Plus on iPhone
Plus bought in the iOS app is billed by Apple. To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. For a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Plus on the web
Plus bought on the web is paid through Stripe. To cancel or change your card, open Plus, then Manage subscription.
Plus on a new phone
Sign in with the same account. In the iOS app, open Plus and tap Restore purchases.
Deleting your account
Open Settings, then Delete account. This deletes your notes and files. Cancel Plus first, so you aren’t charged again.
